Combinatorial Phage Antibody Libraries
library-construction stage – are readily re-
fned by mutagenesis. In combination
with emerging array technologies, com-
binatorial antibody libraries are being
used to identiFy binders For a multitude
oF novel targets and can be tested in
high-throughput screens. These massive
screening eFForts are likely to yield new and
improved diagnostics and therapeutics to
Further expand the already impressive role
oF antibodies in the clinic.
